About these terms

These terms apply to services provided by Social Vishwa, a brand of StratCrowd, and to your use of this website. Each client engagement may also have its own proposal or agreement; where they differ, the signed proposal or agreement applies.

Plans and billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. There is no minimum term: you can stop at the end of any billing month by letting us know before the next month starts. Prices shown on this website are per month.

Ad budget

Advertising spend is paid directly to the platform (such as Meta or Google) and is separate from our fee. We are not responsible for platform policies, account restrictions or changes in ad costs set by those platforms.

Approvals and content

We share content for your approval before publishing. You confirm that any material you give us (logos, photos, product claims, testimonials) is yours to use and is accurate. Once paid for, the content we create for you is yours to use for your business.

Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market and platform algorithms. We commit to doing the work well and reporting honestly; we do not guarantee specific rankings, followers, leads or sales.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, login access and data confidential, and use account access only to deliver the agreed work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
